Terms of the mine

1. Who runs the mine

These terms govern your use of glowseammine.com ("Glowseam Mine", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of glowseammine.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age

Users must be aged 19 or over to use Glowseam Mine. Using it means you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Coins on the ore line

• Coins in the games are virtual and cost nothing.
• Coins hold no monetary value. They are not money, not credit, not property.
• You cannot purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist here.
• Prizes with real-world value: there are none on offer.
• We are free to tweak or reset coins, levels and features at any moment it is needed.

4. No real-money gambling at the mine

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted by Glowseam Mine, and we do not link to gambling operators.

5. Accounts and the lamp-room board

• Past the open world, the two further worlds need a free account. One per person. No sharing.
• Your password is yours alone. Tell us immediately if anyone else has used your account.
• Delete your account at any time from the account page. It happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
• Accounts used to disrupt the site may be suspended, as may any account we believe is held by someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account, not to you as property. They may be reset.

6. Rules for using the mine

No disrupting the site. No automated tools aimed at it. No offers to trade coins. No use by anyone under 19.

7. Availability, liability

The site comes “as is”. Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Law that applies

The law that applies: the laws of the Province of Ontario, plus the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
